If you're wanting to have your ticket(s) for our postponed ENGAGE: Deeply event refunded, please submit a ticket via our Guest Concierge and Help system (or use the "File Ticket" button on this page). Doing so allows us to ensure that we're tracking all refund requests appropriately.
What gets refunded?
We will start processing refunds the week of March 16th. Refunds include the main ticket amount (including multiple tickets, if ordered), plus associated taxes that normally get passed on to us as part of the gross ticket revenue. Unfortunately, ticket service and/or credit card processing fees that are collected at the time of the transaction are not refundable.
What happens if I change my mind?
We hope that your plans for the Fall include coming back to the event, if circumstances allow. Provided that tickets are available, you can purchase again.
